ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERS COUNTERFEITERS OF SUCCESSFUL COMPANIES

At present the success of the companies is tied to people whose spirit of leadership manage to develop ideas that generate growth for the companies where they work at, given the fact that, nowadays the important thing is, Neither the great size of the companies, nor the gigantic aptitude to make strategies of marketing, but to possess great human talent where the passion for straining every day, plus the approaches to obtaining small achievements comes to be a big success.

The leadership neither is granted, nor is a consequence of the knowledge not of the experiences, but is spontaneous the leader has confidence in himselves, he knows where wants to go and transmits this confidence those who surround him.

Because of that convinient to emphasize that the big companies nowadays, search for people with futurist vision, with confidence in themselves, that give the battle to the obstacles that appear and know the course to continuing to achieve the stablished goals.

Not always these changes are made by the chiefs or managers of the above mentioned organizations, they are made by leading persons who motivate their employers to work as a team and who delegate work on those who surround them that´s how the advance of the companies is in the hands of those who are working at them because they are its better resource, and it`s key for a great performance, it is also very important to generate a sense of belonging towards the organization and look constant in for competitive advantages, which create change and progress to come satisfactorily to the wished place.

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT DREAMS?

Some people think that dreams have a special meaning or are premonitions about the future and there are books and some information on the internet to identify them. This thought was taken from the beginning of the mankind and in the Bible, we can find some examples, but really do you think that dreams are a message for our future?

Another idea to explain the existence of the dreams is “Psychoanalysis” by Sigmund Freud and this is a real theory about dreams. He said that dreams could be a childhood moments that you have storage in your mind and can’t remember them or are wishes that you want to make true. For the last reason, there are some kinds of dreams like good dreams, bad dreams, wet dreams, etc., but you can ask “Why do we have strange dreams”, the reason for this is that you don’t have the control of your mind and some things that you consider bad things are censures by your mind and the message in your dreams could be a lot strange.

You have in your hands the decision to choose the best reason to consider what are the meanings of your dreams, but remember that all your wishes make true if you do all the possible to reach them, then they won’t be dreams, will be remembrances by the other hand if a dream is a childhood moment the only thing that you can do is enjoy remembering the old times.

PERSONALITY

We can find different features of personality, dependence, anxiety, aggressiveness and sociability. Everybody has these features, but some people more or less than others. The features can be cardinal, central and secondary:
Þ Cardinal Features: are relatively rare and are frequently very general features that influence all the acts of the person.
Þ Central Features: are common and although they are often observed in the behavior.
Þ Secondary Features: are attributes that don’t constitute a vital part of the person but that intervene in certain situations.

Moreover, we can find different categories of personality like:

Þ Extroversion: Talkative, daring, active, noisy, vigorous, positive, spontaneous, effusive, energetic, enthusiastic, adventurous, communicative, frank, dominant, sociable.
Þ Affability: Nice, cooperative, unfasten, just, courteous, indulgent, affectionate, tender, kind-hearted, compassionate, considerate.
Þ Dependence: Organize, scrupulous, responsible, hard-working, efficient, deliberate, precise, practical, conscientious, serious, thrifty.
Þ Emotional stability: Impassive, never envious, dissolute, objective, calm, serene, kind-hearted, stable, satisfied, imperturbable, little exigent, constant, placid, pacific.
Þ Culture or intelligence: Smart, curious, imaginative, analytic, thoughtful, artistic, perspicacious, sagacious, ingenious, refined, sophisticated, intellectual, clever, versatile, original, profound, cultured.
In my personal opinion, I think that the heredity influence the acquisition of personality because identical twins that divide up the same genetic material, have similar characteristics in their personality like emotion, sociability and impulsiveness. Consequently, heredity has influence in the acquisition of personality.

In conclusion, each person can have different types of personality, this is how we are different from other people and because of personality we can be unique and this personality is the landlord of thought and conduct of the present life of a person and continues in his life through different situations.
