We are a group of students who belong to SKILLS 3. As a group, we worked for three months with Alex Viloria who was a great guide. Some of our achievements were to acquire certain tools and gain very important knowledge to continue our learning process of the English language. Therefore, we want to show you a group of articles as a result of our learning process. These have been elaborated by ourselves to be enjoyed by you. The content of these articles is about current issues, such as, health, interesting places like museums, restaurants, personality and entertainment, and more. ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERS COUNTERFEITERS OF SUCCESSFUL COMPANIES



At present the success of the companies is tied to people whose spirit of leadership manage to develop ideas that generate growth for the companies where they work at, given the fact that, nowadays the important thing is, Neither the great size of the companies, nor the gigantic aptitude to make strategies of marketing, but to possess great human talent where the passion for straining every day, plus the approaches to obtaining small achievements comes to be a big success.


The leadership neither is granted, nor is a consequence of the knowledge not of the experiences, but is spontaneous the leader has confidence in himselves, he knows where wants to go and transmits this confidence those who surround him.

Because of that convinient to emphasize that the big companies nowadays, search for people with futurist vision, with confidence in themselves, that give the battle to the obstacles that appear and know the course to continuing to achieve the stablished goals.


Not always these changes are made by the chiefs or managers of the above mentioned organizations, they are made by leading persons who motivate their employers to work as a team and who delegate work on those who surround them that´s how the advance of the companies is in the hands of those who are working at them because they are its better resource, and it`s key for a great performance, it is also very important to generate a sense of belonging towards the organization and look constant in for competitive advantages, which create change and progress to come satisfactorily to the wished place.
