BOGOTA: COSMOPOLITAN CITY

These days Bogotá has become a great cosmopolitan city. It is the city 3 in the world in number of visitors. This information has made this city very visited in the last years. It has 6.700.000 citizens, and where there are a lot of foreign people working too.

This city has a big number of places for each activity; tourists can have a good time. They can enjoy the comfort of each place.

These are some suggestions:

HOTEL LUGANO SUITES….

This Hotel is located in the business center of 72nd street, it’s small but it has all. It also has a minimalist decoration, Japanese bathroom style. 70% of the guests are American, they work in the USA Embassy and others are oil businesspeople. In the District there are more hotels like this and they are Casa Medina and Rosales.

On the other hand, Bogotá has many interesting places for sport, culture and entertainment, etc, and besides, there are some towns in suburban area of Bogotá like Chia, Cajicá and Sopó.

Don’t forget to visit and know more about culture. Have you ever visited a museum?
We’ll describe one. We hope that you like it:

GOLD MUSEUM

In Colombia there are some of the best and the most visited ones...There are more and less 33.000 figures in gold and other figures in different materials. Banco de la Republica opened its museum in 2004, with two new exhibitions, galleries, an auditorium and a restaurant-café. The gold museum in Bogotá displays an extraordinary selection of its pre-his-panic gold-work collection, the biggest in the world. On Sundays, the museum is crowded due to free entrance.

In conclusion, Bogotá looks like a North American or European city where there is culture and recreation. It is one of the most visited cities in Latin America because it is very attractive for foreigners.
